• We offer nearly limitless creative freedom while recognizing that clients still need superior color and design. We can supply creative work in almost any style a client might require.
• We can work with equal ease with traditional or digital tools and processes. We often do much of the work with traditional artist's tools before taking the art into the digital realm for final editing and color correction. This typically helps to retain a natural and organic look to the artwork which often translates into the perception of elegance, sophistication, or "higher quality by interior designers when compared to the more obviously digitally-created solutions widely available from graphic design firms.
• We spend abundant time and money on design and color trend research, on an ongoing basis. Which is at least in part why many of our current customers have been with us for over a decade. Our impressive archives of competitive product and of reference and resource materials is massive - tens of thousands of samples, including swatches of antique fabrics and documents, art books, antique wallpapers, color swatches, and so on.
• While our award-winning creative staff can respond to most of our customers needs, we also utilize a large network of freelance artists with whom we've worked for years - allowing us access to an enormous variety of styles and techniques. We also have long-standing relationships with strong licensing companies, if licensing artwork should become necessary or preferable to creating new artwork.
• We can offer additional services whenever required, such as graphic design work, merchandising and point-of-purchase design, web development, corporate logo/identity creation, and creation of advertising/promotional/collateral material.
• We provide online support: proofing of concepts and/or designs when required and appropriate (layout and some design proofing is often workable, but color proofing is discouraged, for the obvious reasons), online creative and presentation tools.
• Professional relationship and project management is a priority. We've put together many, many successful client presentations over the years, and we understand how to handle the balance between creative concerns and business concerns.
